I entered the Metroplex Sprint Triathlon on Saturday June 13 at Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prarie. 400M swim, 11 mile bike and 2 mile run. What a great event. I had a rough swim but picked up some ground on the bike and run.
1st AG / 12th OA.
