I tried yoga for the first time in my life last Friday at the Tom Landry Center. The instructor was incredible and my fellow classmates were very helpful and friendly.

I can see where this discipline would significantly help my triathlon training. Now, where to fit yoga into my workout schedule(s). I'll figure it out, and definitely incorporate the class at least once a week. I have learned a great deal about yoga through recent research.

Kelly, We've been doing yoga twice a week for more than five years. It really slows down and even reverses the aging process and is as importantly mentally as physically. Keep it up! - Davi
